I am a 55 year old active woman with a demanding Day Care Center. I get up at 6:15am and finish at 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. After I finish working, I then go out and do some form of exercise to help relax my aching muscles. Seven years ago I went to see a doctor about a muscle pain that my whole body was suffering from. The pain was so bad that I couldn't do normal chores. I couldn't sleep very well, it would be difficult to get out of bed and my energy level was severely low.
